7/52 Free Lensed Coco on Flickr.
Via Flickr:
Decided to have a play with free-lensing. Pretty fun as it turns out.
This is my dog, Coco. He rarely stays still, so getting this shot was a lot harder than it looked.

Via Flickr:
On the weekend, my friend and I headed down to Coming Soon Coffee based in Exhibit Galleries.
Hoi Chi let us try a few Espressos that he whipped up for us. It was so nice, I’ll be sure to head there again next time I am over that way, definitely worth the detour! I recommend you head there too :)

What better day than today to try out the Brenizer technique?
Over 60 images went into this, but a lot of them overlapped.

So this is me…
Been meaning to do a self portrait for some time now and finally got round to it this weekend. This was taken at my local pub The Wheatsheaf. It is pretty awesome there; the furniture is all miss-matched, each wall is completely different, the staff are awesome and the food is great. It is the perfect place to spend a Sunday afternoon.
They even let me set up a tripod and flash through a shoot-through umbrella.

3/52 Post Living on Flickr.
Via Flickr:
As you can see, it’s not a person. Infact, it’s a side table. But not just any side table, it’s the new RAD AS FU*K table from post living.
I can’t wait to get my hands on a set!

I don’t do a massive amount of postwork to my photos these days. Well not as much as I used to. I used to be all about going for the heavy cross processed look, or the instagram look. But now my changes are a lot more subtle. (At least I think so) Here is a before and after shot, the main changes were done in RAW. All I really did was manage the shadows and highlights to give more contrast without destroying any of the light information. Once brought into photoshop, it was minor curves to adjust the colour and a slight vignette. Nothing to it.
Stephanie & Michelle
Saturday saw one of my favourite shoots. Fellow Brotographer Sam Taylor came up and we met up with some models and went and shot around Soho, London.
It was pretty cold but these girls were pro’s. They really pulled it out of the bag!
These have to be some of my favourite shots that I have taken. Good fun using the Strobes and balancing it with natural light.
And yeah there is more over on my facebook page and higher res photos on my flickr
